I had purchased a diamond necklace for Christmas 2012 for my girlfriend. A week later the chain broke while at a local park and the diamond was lost. They replaced the chain and diamond at no charge, really saved the day.

We have been regular customers of Shane Company-NOT anymore. Today, we went to exchange a diamond ring that I had not been wearing that was almost 3 years old-they had records in their computer of EXACTLY what we purchased. ] We were told that the exchange policy was that if you traded in your ring, you had to pick out something twice the value. Didn't seem to make sense, but we did, the salesperson waiting on us said, "wow, you're getting a lot for only $40". The ring we were trading was over $900. Then the salesman took my ring and then presented my husband with a bill for $1,000, WHAT? They had my ring held hostage in the back taking it apart, before we signed off on anything and told my husband we would need to come back 3 DAYS LATER to pick up the ring (we were NOT going to pay $1000 for exchanged jewelry). This is a SCAM-they almost kept my jewelry, but I went back to the customer service area and they finally gave me a new ring. How ridiculous, and what a complete and total waste of time. WILL NEVER SHOP here ever again.

I have a wedding set-engagement with 1 karat diamond and ring guard consisting of, basically two bands, with 4 four small diamonds. I wanted to get it reset into one band, having the large diamond in the center and two small diamonds on the side. Went to Shane (heard about them on radio). They had a setting I liked (for $950.00). I asked about how much I would be given credit for the gold in the ring guard. They said they'd take the ring guard (with the four diamonds) and give me $128.00 credit. Since they insisted on keeping the 4 small diamonds, they could just resell the setting with someone who wanted to put in a center diamond. What a rip off! It didn't even make sense and they acted like it would be such a great deal!-it would be-for them! Don't go there.

I've bought many pieces from the shane company and I've been very pleased with all of them. I had one bracelet that kept breaking and they replaced it with no hassle. Great Service!

Why go anywhere else. Trusted, long standing company with great service. Good selection, speedy service, and moderate prices. Full-service, including repairing jewelry bought elsewhere. Never go anywhere else.

These guys have good quality, great prices. Didn't think I should try them as the commercials make me think "chain". But ShaneCo is something different ... worth stopping in for sure. I saved $$ and was very happy w/ the product.

WOW! I wish I could live in this place! The selection is HUGE, the stones are AMAZING! The people were great, and very helpful. The only problem was trying to choose ONE RING. I wanted several, six to be exact. They exposed me to some ideas that I had never even considered and I know that I have a truly unique ring. It's totally me and I'm glad we went here for the inspiration. Wonderful experience!

I'm sure of their prices, and they're probably a little higher than average, but their service and quality are great. I've been back many times. Just avoid D. Geller at all costs. If not sure why, check their reviews on this site.

I bought a diamond engagement ring from them. They made the experience meaningful. The store was very clean and orderly and the employees were extremely professional. I have taken the ring back several times to get it cleaned and buffed. They are always so helpful and never negative or rude. Buying a ring? Definitely go to the Shane Company
