I read with dismay some of the posted reviews. I believe these people were grossly misrepresenting the facts (I wonder what REALLY happened). I have taken all my pets to Dr. Jaleel over the past 28 years and have never been less than extremely satisfied. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Please judge for yourselves and not listen to mean-spirited people (I realize that unhappy people usually write to complain and sstisfied people hardly ever write--that's why I felt the need to set the record straight).

This place is so customer unfriendly it is just a shame that they are still in business. One time while paying for services received of $40, Dr. Jaleel accidently charged my debit card $400. When he tried to correct it he did it again. After he could not figure out how to correct he told me I needed to come back when on Monday because he did not have the time to figure it out. I demanded that he take care of it then and called my bank while I was in his office to the bank what happened. Also when I tried to get my dog's heartworm medicine at 1800petmeds, Dr. Jaleel denied me the meds even though he had just performed the heart worm test. I have not been back to this office since. The worst customer service ever. I am surprised that they are still open.

I boarded my dog here for 4 days while on vacation and upon my return my dog was completely un-potty trained. When I picked her up she peed on the floor while she sat in front of me in the office, and was told she was just excited. When I got her home she was laying on the floor and just peed on herself while laying there. I do not think they take the dogs out at all, and they leave the dogs unattended overnight for a minimum of 13 hours while the facility is closed. When I asked about this, I was told that they knew of dogs who had held it for 4 days without a problem so I shouldn't worry?? They also did not tell me that they were going to give my dog a vaccination for kennel cough during her stay, and charged me an extra day for picking her up 30 min later than expected, though I had cleared this ahead of time and was told I would not be charged. On top of this they will never approve my heartworm medicine that I order online even though it is the exact medicine that they have in their office at a higher price, and require that I come in for testing each time before they will write a prescription. Pet owners beware!
