I had an appointment and was so uneasy with the office staff that I wound up leaving. I was a patient at the old location but they could not find my record. Also, they called again to get my insurance info even though I had already given it when I made the appointment. I was unaware the office had moved, as the internet still lists it at eagles landing as well, and they did not tell me, so when I saw the office was not there, I called for the address. I was put on hold twice, finally hung up and called again, and the phone rang at least 20 times before someone answered. I was told I would need to reschedule. I was going to be 5 minutes late. When I said I would find a different doctor, they told me to just come in and they would "try to squeeze me in". Once there, they told me I would owe them $150 for my visit... I have a health savings account, and no co-pay, not to mention that I had not even been seen yet so how would they know how much the visit was going to be? They did not show me any bill itemization. When I pointed this out, I was told rather coldly that they had called my insurance company beforehand, and my portion would be 150 up front. I will definitely not return! Dr. Sharpe, I remember you being a decent doctor, I really hope you will take a good look at who you hire, because they set the tone for the whole office experience!

This is the same doctor now on Rock Quarry Rd, and I wish I'd seen these Eagles Landing location reviews before arranging an appointment. The wait was average (a little long from sign in to being handed paperwork, but moved along quickly after that). I agree that Dr. Sharpe is curt, condescending, and generally lacking in any desirable bedside manner. She seemed thorough (though VERY quick in examination) and knowledgeable though, and I'll take that in a doctor over a best friend if I have to choose. I can't say anything bad about her staff, however. Heard complaints of people being taken out of appointment order, and there definitely appeared to be serious over-scheduling. And yes, the waiting room chairs are awful. Not great, not the worst, looking for someone else.

you make an appt but they dont tell you its a 2-4 hr wait once you get there. an if you cant wait they charge 35 dollars to cancel appt . was there over 21/2 hrs to be brought back an rushed out after 10 min with a dignoses that had already been ruled out. they have 2 PAs an the dr an only 3 rooms they overbook them selves like 5 people to one appt. the staff are less then helpful that office is all about how much money insurance/cash they can get. there was so many people there that there wasnt even enough seats in waiting room.

I have been going to Dr. Whatever for two years. During those two years I actually saw her about 6 times. She is always calling in to work, and is too cheap to hire another doctor to replace her in an absent. I continued to give her the benefit of the doubt, because she is black, however the last time was the last straw. I received a call from the office (2 hours before my appointment) saying my appointment was canceled. I was extremely upset because it took me 3 hours to get to the office. I hate this doctor and the office and the staff. I even hate the waiting room chairs. If you think about going to this practice, think again!!!!!!! Any questions please feel free to send me an e-mail. email@example.com

Dr. Sharpe is a hot mess. I went to her three times for my skin & scalp condition. My first appointment it took forever to get into a room, the front desk is a hot mess as well. I'm a nurse so of course we ask alot of questions, she came in ran her skin over my entire body in less than 1 min. flat now who does a "detailed" exam that fast? And oh my, when you try to ask her questions she talks so fast & never answers the question you asked. She gives you so many high dollar prescriptions & never allows you to use them because at the 1mo follow up she switched them again! And the last straw for me was writing a prescription to take male rogaine & not expalining to me why when I brought up concerns of growing hair where males would frow hair! That was the last straw for me & you know what she did Dr. Sharpe was a coward & DISMISSED me from her practice & would never call me back to answer any of my concerns prior to letting me go & with her letting me go was not the problem because I was well on my way of locating a more professional,c aring, COURTEOUS, detailed dermatologist anyway so she didn't hurt me by doing so. I felt like she knew she was in the wrong & I am in the medical field so "word of mouth" goes a long way and I have definitely let all of my patients know as well as the doctor's that I work with know. I hope that NO ONE has to go through what i've experienced, it's sad that Dr. Sharpe wants your money, but treats you like nothing. She is a HOT MESS!!

I went to her when I was younger and she told me I was fat and would die of diabetes, I never went back! She is a dermatologist, that was not her job to tell me that, save it for the physician!

I went to Dr. Sharpe and I've always met with the PA. She is very pleasant; however, I didn't like that she prescribed Elidel (a suspected carcinogen) for my dermatitis before trying other options. I wasted money on the prescription. Wish she would have discussed the side effects before rushing me out the door. My husband hates them. After scalp tests that they confirmed he had psoriasis and over $150 in prescriptions, he still has not found relief. He has vowed not to return.

3 visits, 3 surface removals, 3 infections. Dr Sharpe rude, uncaring, staff not efficient also rude. Dr does not explain what she is doing nor doesnt ask follow up questions. I will go elsewhere. AMA needs to review this one.

Overall not impressed. Never met Dr Sharpe, saw a P.A. I was never asked if I minded seeing a P.A. versus a physician. The wait was long, waiting room over crowded with too many children. Finally went to the back, a P.A. quickly zipped in, scolded me, scribbled a prescription and zipped out. Oh, she gave me an expired coupon for some medication that was extremly overpriced.

I had a bad experience with this Dr in the past but was told office was better so I tried again. Still same issues Dr doesnt listen, staff rude, office chaotic. I wasnt able to get rx after going through all the tests to get approved then Dr didnt write date on rx so wasnt able to get it filled and was told will have to wait another month no apology no even willing to waive next co-pay. Out $50 and still have to find another dr. Not worth the trouble, nothing good to say about this practice
