I started Sharper Performance for one reason, to help sales people make more money. As the economy and the marketplace shifts, the way in which we sell has to shift also. The days of Feature / Benefit presentations are gone.
Today, we as sales people have to be as much business people as anything. Whether it is training a sales team at an off site, providing the keynote address at a sales kick-off or coaching individual sales people to.. perform at higher levels, my focus and passion has remained the same.
I enjoy making sales people better. I particularly enjoy start up and small companies, although I have worked well and enjoyed working large companies also. The key for me is that the organization is committed to excellence and wants to learn.
In addition to helping with sales process, sales training, speaking, and sales coaching, I started plan 2 Win Software. Plan 2 Win is a Account Planning Software to make the key account planning process faster and more effective. We also have developed territory planning for creating a business plan for sales people in their respective territories.
