I bought my tv from Showcase a few years ago along with an extended warrenty from Showcase. My tv died on Jan 15. The obnouxious repairman (from Showcase) came out onthe 17th and said it was a processor that is not stocked and needed to be special ordered. I called the store to request an expedited delivery and was told that I would receive a call back twice and never got it. After my thrid call I finally got a call back and am now told I have to wait till Feb 28 to get my part, it's on backorder and "we can't expedite a backorder - these things just happen" This doesn't include the time for the added repair trip to install the part. I asked about a loaner tv and was told that only after 30 days do they even consider it, otherwise they'd " just be constantly delivering tv's" It is extremely clear there is absoulty no customer service consideration whatsoever. We have to cancel our superbowl party - can't really have it without the big screen and this company does not care. I will never purchase another tv from this company.
