My sister and I have traveled the Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas in search of a overall, well rounded, comfortable, qualified stylist. We had gone from one end of town to the other. It wasn't until I stumbled across Shyne Salon that we found everything we were looking for. Tina and her stylist are professional, warm spirited, and exhibit the passion and genuine care for their clients' hair. We are so thankful to have finally found a wonderful hair stylist that understands our demand for the absolute best. Thank you Tina! Look forward to many years of blessings.

I've been going to this salon every week for about 7 months. Jasmine does a GREAT job & my hair always looks so so soft and healthy. I get compliments all the time and my hair has grown so much since Jasmine has been doing it. Everyone is really friendly and the service is top notch!

I was visiting from out of town and was seriously disappointed. It seems like back to the basics needs to be re-learned. The meaning of customer service does not mean booking clients 30 minutes apart and have clients waiting for hours to get back in the chair. Sometimes when people own businesses they tend to forget to look on the other side. What if they were a customer in their own restaurant or hair salon, would they appreciate being told in the middle of their hair appointment can you please get up so I can finish my other clients hair? And then you, the person who was told to get up, is now waiting for an hour for her to finish up someone else's hair. In that aspect the salon rated very poorly on my scale, but they can do some hair. With the exception of one of the stylists that burned my sister's forehead and then began to deny she did it and didn't believe it until my sister's forehead began to blister. And my sister still had to pay FULL PRICE! If she would have given my sister a price cut because she injured and possibly scarred her, I wouldn't have had such a bad feeling about the salon. That is my two cents, I hope it helped someone.

I visited Shyne salon on 11/14/08 for the first time. I scheduled my appointment a few days earlier with Crystal, i arrived to my appointment about 15mins early and crystal was unavailable. Elaina shampooed me and styled my hair. She has a beautiful personality and she took her time with my shampoo and she massaged my scalp, which was great. I arrived at about 4:15 and I was done at about 5:30p no long wait at all and they were even a little behind.I usually have to shampoo my hair at least every 4 days because of dry scalp, i am on the 4th day of my roller set and it still looks good! I will be returning, thanks Elaina!
