Worst Experience Ever!!! Went in for a simple oil change. They stripped the oil pan and couldn't use the car for a week while I waited for them to repair it. Had to take the car to the dealer for another issue where they informed me of a leak and the oil pan had to be replaced because of Silver Bay's shotty work. While Silver Bay's policy is that the manufacturers warranty is never voided, the owner Vince Galati would not even discuss the possibility of reimbursing me the $550 I had to pay the dealer. Vince suggested that I would have to take him to court, which I apparently will have to do.
