The dispatch office has poor customer service skills and should not be a triple a referral. John Henry is much more accessible and friendly and doesn't weigh their own problems on their customers.

My vehicle's 2 rear wheels had locked up while driving home at 10pm. NVSP towed the vehicle to my home since it was after midnight. Next day my shop recommended a tow co. who came & looked at the vehicle and said that they would need a flat bed but their's was out of the area so they recommended this company. After going back and forth for 3 hrs on them coming out that afternoon they finally said they would need to do it in the morning or the shop would be closed. We set an appt for 7am so I could go to school. This was not relayed to the morning staff nor the need for a flat bed and when I mentioned this was causing me to be even later to class the man snapped at me and told me it was all he could do. I never even raised my voice. I was 2 hrs later for class than I needed to be had they communicated on top of being rude.
