Paul did an excellent job at arranging and having our car at the deserved location and walking through the process. This is out second car and we are very pleased with the service.

I purchased a used car from Siry and was pleasantly surprised with the selection. Ended up getting a VW Jetta and the car has been very reliable and problem free. Recommended.

Great customer service! I walked onto the lot at Siry Auto Group and was treated like family. I had been looking for a car for a few weeks and could not find what I was looking for at other major dealerships in San Diego county. Siry had the car I was looking for. After leaving many dealerships due to the horrible treatment (profiling,pre-qualifying me before test driving, showing no interest to help me)I arrive at Siry Auto Group and purchase my vehicle at a fair price. The manager John and Mark were great. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours AND they even gave me a half tank of gas! ( I have never had any gas added to a used vehicle I have purchased) Means alot seeing how high the gas prices are. Amazing people at Siry, I will never buy anywhere else again. Before you go looking all around san diego I suggest you speak with Paul, I am sure you will not regret it!

I bought a 1994 Mazda Miata from them and was so impressed I went back and purchased a 2005 Ford Ranger. I opted out of any warrantee and to my dismay, the transmission went out three weeks later. Keep in mind, I said NO on a warrantee and I know that dealers cannot take each car and make it their own for a few months, so how would they anticipate this internal issue? So I got some estimates ($3290.00) average. I called the dealership just off the cuff about something else and mentioned it to Mark at the dealership and he told me, DON'T TAKE IT TO THE SHOP and let John handle it. Well, John did handle it and met me more than half way on the repair, so I only came out of pocket $600.00. Thanks guys!
