Me and my daughter bought each a package of 3 facials ( $140,00 each) because we we're told that we can use from eachother and it have no expiration date. When my daughter's package finished, I still had mine. My husband was relocated to another state for his work, so I couldn't use mine. When my daughter called her if she could use my package, she got treated very rude and disrespectful, saying that the package already expired and how my daughter dare to ask her to use mine. She recommended my daughter to buy another 3 facial package instead. I will never ever recommend anyone to her place.

I purchesed a Groupon for me and my daughter as a gift, and called the place to make an appointment. I was stunned by how poorly I was treated because of my discounted purchase. I was offered a facial either on Wednesday in the morning (who does facials in the morning during work hours) or I was told I would have to wait a month and a half for another appointment. I was stunned how the Skin Logic Atlanta was completely not interested in accomodating me and they themselves suggested that I should contact the Groupon and ask for a refund. I am surprised by their short-sighted approach; I suppose they do not invest in their potential clients. Their discrimination against my discount and the shaby way I was treated just lost them a potential future loyal customer. I will never use their services.
