I ordered shelves 6 months ago. They came as measured and fit the cabinets but there was no way to affix them to the inside walls of the cabinet. Six months later and there is a fatal flaw revealed in the online ordering. If you don't happen to know that your cabinets are "custom made" which I am not sure they are, then you are out of luck. My drawers had no suitable way of affixing them to the inside of the cabinets, even though I was willing to spend more money. All I got back from the customer service person was that I measured incorrectly when I had not. Avoid this company. Trying to get some logic through to customer service is impossible. They take weeks to respond to phone calls or emails, if they do at all, and then there may be no viable solution to your problem no matter what the cost.

I have done a lot of business on-line and have to say that this is the poorest customer service that I have dealt with. They kept delaying the sending of the merchandise repeatedly and only told me about it when I complained. They sent the wrong sized shelves and are refusing to deal with the situation.
