I asked them for help with filing a patent. They charged me $3,000 to file my patent application. What did they do? Took my paperwork and copied and sent that in as my application to the US Patent Office. I have all the copies of everything. It is all my work. They told me it would be at least $30,000 to complete the application. When I asked for details on the $3,000 bill and what I was charged for, it got worse. They sent me sheets of "billed hours" to "prove" what they did. They obviously have no clear means of providing a clearly understandable answer to such a question. Needless to say - I did not use them for my patent. I bought a book on how to file a patent myself (it only cost $60, not $30,000). I applied and was awarded a patent in about a year. SKIP SGR unless you have a lot of money laying around that you dont know what to do with.
