I sure do miss this restaurant. Has been out of business for well over a year now. I contacted Kudzu to let them know there are outdated restaurants on the site, but they don't seem concerned about it.

It must be nice to watch sports here because there is a volume control machine on each table, but we have not tried yet. Their food was okay, not too special, but yes, I must say that a bag of fresh made donuts was original and yummy. They have more than BBQ, there are fish & chips, sandwiches, chicken dishes, salads etc. A good place for family.

My husband, 6 year old, 1 year old, and husband just had dinner for the first time at Smokey Bones on 2475 GEORGE BUSBEE PARKWAY. I didnt see this location listed, so I am adding my review here. My husband and I ordered the "potato slabs" 1/2" inch thick potato slices covered in cheese and bacon. Just like potato skins but thinner. I drizzled the two different kids of BBQ sauce that was on the table, and dug in. We ordered pulled pork sandwhiches with a side of cole slaw to put on our sandwhiches. yummy.... Our food came out in record time, and our great server Sean, kept our glasses full. For dessert, we had the fresh homemade donuts. How clever!! my kids thought it was really neat dipping the mini cake donuts in the strawberry cream sauce.. original. perfect for families. There are TV's everyone where, and you get to choose the channel and listen to the tv right at your table. Having cartoons on for my son allowed me to actually have a conversation with my husband!! We will go back again and again!!

Good food, good people, good atmosphere, and clean environment. I love the food choices and there is nothing like some good BBQ and sweet tea. Go to this Smokey Bones and you will not be disappointed. You will definitely leave full and satisfied.

The ribs here have a sweet bbq sauce on them. I had the regular ribs, not the st louis style ones. the brisket wasnt so great, and it was surprisngly spicy; not what i expected. the onion rings are good for a side. but i would go again for the ribs

This BBQ isn't anything like what you'll get in Memphis or Texas, but it is suprisingly good. (Also, if you like steamed broccoli, I think they have the best!) I usually do take out, and they have always been very prompt in preparing it--at least for my family's relatively small orders.

We will sometimes do informal haapy hours after work. They have a wide selection of appetizers and a full bar. Their BBQ is wonderful. The staff can be little slow at time with refills, etc... Also, allow about 101 minutes longer than they tell you for large take out orders. I've never had one that was ready when they said it would be.
