I hired these guys to fix my heat after the company hired by my home warranty couldn't and left me without heat for over 44 more hours. These guys were quick to respond and thorough. While the tech wasn't all that familiar with the Nest system I have, he was willing to listen to me as I gave some suggestions since I'm more familiar with it. He worked with me to create a work around and get me heat again. He also was willing to suffer through my home warranty company, something they don't generally do. I was so grateful to them and they have earned my continued business for overall maintenance. Great customer service. Great follow through. Great response time. Very happy overall.

My upstairs unit was installed by Snellville Heating and Air three years ago when my home was being built. The unit was manufactured by Lennox and has a 5 year parts warranty. The unit had a piece that broke off that was under warranty and Snellville did not back up the warranty by Lennox and required a 263.00 labor cost to repair it along with a 78.00 initial service call. When I called and spoke with Olivia she was extremely rude and offered a 50.00 break off of the 263.00. This is a family owned business that was not willing to stand behind what they sell and absorb the cost of the labor. If this had happened with a car the dealership always absorbs the labor. If I had any other choice I would not use them to service my unit. Unfortunately, they sold it, installed it and now does not stand behind it. I unfortunately could never recommend this company. This is the first negative review that I have ever felt inclined to write so you can only imagine how I was treated.

Tapp Plumbing has been recommending their clients to Snellville Heating and Air/ Pro Air Services for quite some time now and has never been disappointed! We always check back with our clients to make sure they are happy with the professionals we recommend and there is always positive feedback! We love having a relationship with someone that takes care of their customers! On a personal level they have also come to our home to do some maintenance, it was nice that I did not even have to be there and could pay with a credit card over the phone. 2011 Replaced downstairs HVAC and upstairs AC (had a furnace replaced a few years earlier). Seemed very professional and hard working. Great crew really knows the equipment. Price seemed reasonable compared to others, like using local business 9 months later.. Replaced upstairs unit in my house. Finished in 3 hours. Great unit and great work. update 2 its 2014 and they replaced my downstairs unit.. Got a few bids but theirs was great and great unit.. Im warm again

I am very disappointed in the service I recieved from Snellville. My home is less than three years old and my upper unit went out. It was 4 days before they could come out and charged $78 for a visit in which nothing was resolved. The following Monday I called because I had not heard from them on a timeframe to have the part come in. They charged an ADDITIONAL $222 to install a part that took 20 minutes and was under warranty. I explained my frustration and was told they could charge what they wanted to for labor, that only the part was under warranty and it wasn't until *I* made the followup call that the part magically appeared. The switchboard told my husband at 8:30 that he was on his way for the 9:00 appointment and the tech did not show up until 9:40! I would NOT reccommend this company to anyone.

Two years ago Snellville Heating and Air replaced my downstairs HVAC system. They went above and beyond in every facet of a difficult retro fit. I recently needed my upstairs unit replaced. Of course, I considered Snellville Heating and Air, along with several other authorized Lennox dealers. I ended up choosing Snellville and I am glad that I did. Jeremy and the Snellville team delivered an excellent installation at price that very competitive to all of the other quotes that I received. Thanks Snellville Heating and Air for another job well done!

ProAir Services is the only heating/ac service that I have used for my annual tune-ups. The office contacts are very courteous and send out reminders when it's time for a tune-up appointment. The techs that come to the house are always on time, knowledgeable and thorough in their work. I would hightly recommend ProAir for your heating & air conditioning service.

Snellville Heating & Air did a very good job of instillation of our heating and air system, several years ago. They have returned several times to repair, our H&A unit when needed. Each time they were very prompt and thorough, Tech's were very polite and knowledgeable. When we need them, we know they are there to help.
