He is not able to effectively communicate with his patients or their parents. He was so rude to his nursing staff at our first appointment that they looked like they were going to cry. His nurses weren't able to even get the drops in my baby's eyes, so I can understand his frustration a little, but he has a horrible attitude. His staff will book 6 - 10 patients an hour during his baby/preemie hours on Monday and Friday mornings. That leaves him 5 - 10 minutes per patient. At our first appointment we waited over 2 hours to be seen with zero apology or explanation. I don't mind waiting for an appointment if the care given is worth it. There is no way I would take my child anywhere near this man or his office again, he's worthless as a doctor.. We are currently looking for a new doctor, I'd rather drive to CA before going back to see Dr. Snyder.
