I contacted the sobrinski company for a full kitchen re- model. Their estimate came back much higher than we felt it should have been. We were not changing the cabinets at all. We told them that we would be seeking another provider as the estimates were to high. Several months later when their work was slow THEY CALLED ME!!!!! They explained that they needed to fill some gaps in their schedule and would meet our price. We agreed to move forward. Upon review of the written contract, we noticed that a microwave replacement was not documented. We sent them an email pointing out that a microwave was not listed. We asked if it was being done as a part of the contract. We ended our inquiry by stating "just let us know". Mr sobrinski called our home and informed us that we are being greedy and was not going to honor his contract with us. This is the first time I have ever heard of a contractor backing out because the CUSTOMER asks a question. It very much appeared to us that he was able to fill his scheduling gaps and was looking for ANY reason to back out. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!!!

They called immediately to schedule an appt to come do an estimate, after I submitted a request for an estimate on servicemagic, then called to ask if they could change the time to an early date. I had my boyfriend arrange his schedule so he was up and awake to meet the estimator. The estimator arrived at the house while my boyfriend was indisposed (rest room). My boyfriend immediately wrapped something around himself to answer the door so the estimator didn't leave, asked that he wait a moment so he get better composed. The estimator then got in his car and drove off, without telling my boyfriend he was leaving. When I called Sobrinski to ask what happened, they had just received a call from the estimator that he would prefer not to do the job. They didn't offer any explanation, offer to schedule someone else, or even apologize. They simply hung up the phone. I was deeply insulted. My boyfriend was just trying to ensure the estimator did not think no one was home due to the c
