    Cheap quality dental work - nice staff though... This place does not stand behind their work, and it is quite sad. Now I have to find a new dentist.

    The quality of service, level of compassion and concern by the dentist and staff is above average. I have never had a dentist this good before. They have always put my comfort as a #1 priority. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this dentist office.

    Dr. Gordon is great, she is very caring and the quality of work she sends out it outstanding. Dont miss out, she's wonderful!

    My husband and I went to Soft Touch Dental with my two step-children. We told the receptionist that we were unsure if my son had had x-rays done already and asked if she could check with our insurance as we are only entitled to one a year. His mum was unsure if he had had one on his last visit. The receptionist said that everything was fine and we were all going to be covered for the visit. During my sons exam the receptionist informed me that he has a lot of work to be done and he needed to be taken to another dentist that can deal with children better. She told me everything that was wrong - and it was a lot! I was very upset about how much work had to be done! She then realized that she had confused my son with another patient that was being examined. I was not impressed! A month or so later we got a bill in the mail with a note saying that my son was not covered by our insurance because his mum had taken him for an exam already in the 12 month period. Even though we had asked her to check first and she said he would be covered, but we are now being billed. When I complained about the bill she said it was my responsibility to make sure he was covered. Why does she think I asked her to check first! I would have phoned the insurance if she said then she would not do it. But rather she put us under false pretences and said he was covered. She also gave my two children a sucker even though we said they could not have one. I am not impressed with this dentist offi
