My mother in law gave me a Groupon for a birthday present. First the owner said that she had no availability for the next month. I continued to push and was flexible so she gave me a date on the day that the Groupon expired. Now she tells me that I can not use it because I went there one time four years ago. Wish that my mother in law had read the fine print before buying. When I went there four years ago, the owner showed up late and then claimed that she had to reschedule because she, "had no water." I came back hours later. Now I'm thinking that is her scam.

A friend booked this salon on Groupon for me back in February. I've been calling 2-3 times a week for the past two weeks to book an appointment at the end of April and have never received a call back or a response to my email. I should not feel stress or tension trying to book a massage that's supposed to relieve tension. If you're not going to call customers back, don't say you will in your recording. Also add on of the DOZENS of free or low cost appointment setters to your website if you really dislike booking appointments that much. I understand you don't make much money off of Groupon deals but you've already taken our money for no services rendered and have no sense of urgency to provide great customer service to new clients who may be willing to become returning AND full price paying customers.

I too found Solo haven using Groupon and I've been using her every month since. I look forward to going there and being the only other one in the room- not like a chop shop. She is very professional and a wonderful person. Everyone should be going to Solo Haven!

I found Solo Haven through a Groupon in June 2015, and have never looked back! I loved my first session so much that I signed up for a monthly mani-pedi that has become one of my "musts" for a little regular pampering. I'm a spa reviewer, so trust me when I say I have very high expectations! Aaricka has never disappointed. She is a real pro, and strives to ensure that each visit is calming and that I leave with beautiful nails. If you're looking for a one-on-one session in a lovely setting, book your appointment.

My feet have never been so soft and smooth, and my toes are beautiful! Aarika was quick and efficient, both with phone calls, scheduling, and the pedicure. Process was so comfortable and nice; ambience so relaxing with simple decor, and the water feature....plus, the added aromatherapy neck wrap was a nice surprise! Looking forward to my next visit!

I have been twice and both times the mani/pedi with hot stone massage was amazing! She does a fabulous job she dims the light while she rubs your legs with the hot stones. F you want an incredible relaxing experience ,try SOLOHAVEN,

They NEVER answer the phone & do not return calls in a timely manner making it nearly impossible to schedule an appointment. Will not book appointments via email and then not honor a groupon that expired because of their inability to schedule an appointment. I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was & when asked her name multiple times was given the response "Solo Haven" Very unprofessional

I really enjoy my time at Solo Haven. It is refreshing to be able to have a mani/pedi without ANY distractions, particularly those of other clients that just want to chat on their phone during a pedi instead of relaxing. Yes, it is difficult to get in a "quick appointment" but the solitude, quiet, and quality of service is worth it! I will return to Solo Haven for my mani/pedis when I need a quiet, relaxing, full-service experience without the noise or distraction. I know I'll get quality service each time, and Aarika's full attention. She's fantastic.

Groupon paid $28 mani-pedi. Watch! Expires 90 days. I was 3 days late with making appt. I could only use $28 for mani pedi and owe $27. No deal there! Better off buying another deal! Not there!! Must not want new business!

Solo haven is my place to relax and ensure I will get quality service on my hands and feet. This nail spa is very clean and sanitary. She always has some of the best colors to select from and often can assist you in identifying the correct color for your event. I highly recommend her services on a regular basis.

I absolutely loved my experience here. I've been going to nail salons for many years, and this was the first time that I felt truly comfortable and at ease. Also, my mani/pedi was so well done that it was hard and lasted. The nail polish wasn't so overdone and thick that it took forever to dry, either. This place is where I'll be going, and I can't tell enough people how wonderful the experience was. The owner is engaging and fun to chat with, too! She was really attentive and cared.

Ever go to a nail salon and feel like you're just another set of hands or pair of feet that they have to do? Ho - hum. Well, the individualized attention that you get when you visit Solo Haven Hand and Foot Sanctuary is a welcomed change to all of that. I like that an appointment time is set aside just for me and for the services I select. The menu of services offered is extensive too - far above and beyond what's available in most salons - so you can choose as few or as many options as you desire. You describe what you want, or what special issues you may be having and the knowledgeable (and patient!) technician will make suggestions and customize your experience to fit your needs. And all of this happens in a chic yet cozy and comfortable atmosphere that invites you to relax and indulge in its peaceful sounds and scents while you let the worries of the week disappear. Lots of little extras put you at ease, so not only do you leave with beautifully groomed, soft hands and feet (lots of color choices are available too!), but you feel refreshed and personally pampered as well. As a teacher, I'm constantly on my feet, and my hands endure lots of wear and tear too, so Solo Haven is a regular part of my routine - a special treat with which I reward myself at least twice a month. A friend bought me a gift card to use at Solo Haven, and I was excited to try a new place! I called for about a week, left several messages - and someone finally called back. The woman who called was short with me, and showed little interest in booking an appointment. I told her I had never been to her business and didn't know anything about it; she got angry when I asked questions about their services! She even went so far as to cut me off in the middle of a sentence to yell at me. I quickly ended the call, and will never again attempt to use their business. Maybe their services would have been wonderful, but the poor customer service was enough to keep me away from Solo Haven forever.

This client did call twice within a 24 hour window, we apologized for our delay as we were closed an extra day for the holiday. We were unable to meet a request so this client became angry, and offensive. It is regrettable this client "did not make it in the door", however we take pride in our business, and do our best to provide excellent client service. We appreciate all feedback, and wish you luck with future pampering!
