After 6 wk I finally have a refrigerator but no thanks to SONORAN HOME PROTECTION(that's a joke)/AMERICAN HOME GUARDIAN (another joke). Paid $100 service fee sent out tech that knew nothing. They felt they had done everything they could and did a good job. My refrigerator was not running and they did not replace it. Had to hire my own service company, Dino's appliance who I highly recommend, they got the job done.

Sent three separate service companies out to see my spa which had been repaired by a recommended company a few months before. First one told me initial service was done incorrectly, second one told me that it was not, last one told me spa was cracked and needed to be replaced to the tune of $12,000. I had my OWN spa service company look at spa who agreed with the first technician and it cost me $1500. Trying to get some form of reimbursement from Sonoran Home - they NEVER call me back and when I do speak with them, they lie to me. Going to wind up in small claims court. DO NOT purchase a home warranty from them. TOTAL UNRELIABLE and DIFFICULT to reach. Send sub-par companies to fix things. Would give them less than one star if I could.

Stay away from these thieves. They are dishonest and arrogant. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY IF YOU BUY INTO THEIR SCAM. Sonoran Home Protection is a bad joke.

Do not choose this company, complete waste of your money and time. It has been four days now without a/c. Tech out yesterday misdiagnosed problem, billed $87.91. A/c ran for about twenty minutes, now can't finish the job for two more days. Needs compressor they said and can't work it into the schedule. Spoke with "Manager" Javier, who essentially said "so what." They advertise that they provide "a quest for perfection," "they fix the things first time" and provide 100% customer satisfaction. Wow. They don't even provide poor service, they provide no service. Owner Chad Forbosh is apparently to important to speak with his "valued customers" Liars and thieves, in my opinion:)

Run from these guys. We have tried to have our a/c fixed for the past 3 weeks. Sonoran has come out 6 times and each time they say it is something else. They don't know what they are doing, don't have emergency hours and don't tell the truth. First they said it was the compressor, then one of their repair men said it needed a special valve, another guy from their own company said it wasn't that, then it was a new unit that was needed and now the same guy who said it wasn't the valve now said it is what is needed and want an additional$800 since they say we reached our cap (home warranty company owes a/c company - major conflict of interest) they weren't able to fix the problem for 3 weeks!- Had to put our tenants up in a motel 5 times! In the end we went with another company who fixed it in 24 hours and all is fine. Run from these guys. Sonoran with their parent company American Home Guardian are running a scam!

This company does everything in their power to make sure they do and spend as little as possible on your claim. They have horrible customer service that takes forever to get back to you and has zero interest in taking care of your claim. You're better off giving the $410 annual premium to a homeless person on the street. The homeless person will be more attentive and effective.

The website and the contract misrepresent the service fee as a deductible. If you read the contract carefully, you will notice that it is not a deductible but a service fee. For example you will select the bronze package and your air conditioner breaks, the service guy comes and notices that the plug is loose. Well the service charge is $500. This is not a deductible but a service charge. So you end up paying $500 for a $50 service call. In my case, they told me it is not covered under my contract but still chaged me full $100 service fee without touching or fixing anything.(Silver package)I intend to file a law suit in court for misrepresentation. Also if you are scammed by this company contact your state attorney's office of your state.

Unbelievably bad Company. We had a roof leak around a chimney three months ago. The first guy came out, said it was fixed, it rained, it leaked. The a second repair man came out, did the same, it rained, leaked and the ceiling fell in around the fireplace and it leaks worse now. I called them and 72 hours later, they still have not contacted us? They do NOT use roofers, but Handymen... Beware this company and check all others who claim they will do things, but do not.

Sonoran Home Services came out to repair my roof and water damage to the interior drywall. The next time it rained, my roof leaked in the exact same place & ruined my drywall again. I spoke with Chad Forbush, the owner, but he refused to fix it as he said they only warranty their work for 60 days. Unfortunately, it didn't rain during that 60 days so I had no way of knowing they never actually fixed the problem. I was out over $450. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

Honestly, i am terribly disappointed. I had a roof leak, Chad Forbush the owner is not a man of his word. He would not even come out to patch my roof shingles let alone repair my roof that was damaged. This company should be investigated for fraud. They are not what they advertise at all and they just collect your money!
