Called for quote inquiry and was given a very arrogant response. Because I didn't understand their method or policy, I inquired for further explanation and was referred to a manager. The manager came on and told me that I was giving their employee "a hard time" when in fact, I was simply asking for an explanation I could understand. The manager demonstrated further arrogance and actually cursed at me and hung up the phone. Very very rude.

I am not sure that my business is the one you called. We have had the same staff here for almost 20 years and no one would act this way. Please call me if you would like to talk to me personally to determine what happened. I apologize for the delay but I just saw this review. Scott Cappel, President
