The salad ingredients are generally fresh and are replenished frequently. But most of the prepared foods are VERY salty. My favorite trick: get some fresh beans from the salad bar and add that to the chili with several dashes of pepper sauce to kick up the heat. The price is okay if you eat a lot, but it's pricey if you eat smaller portions. The AAA discount no longer applies, so look for the coupons. Souplantation is a good choice for groups, since there's something for everyone, even gluten-free dishes and sugar-free desserts, and parking at this location is plentiful.

I love the freshness of the salads here, but it's also nice that they offer plenty of other options in case the kids don't feel like a salad. Their soups are good too!

I love a great buffet. The kids liked the soup and desserts, and I loved the salad. I thought it was a fair price and we all left pleasantly full. I have been back a few times.

I love going here because it's a way healthier option that other places. I can control what I get and how much. And there chicken noodle soup is devine! I am addicted to it haha!

Souplantation is a good place to go for a variety of food. The lettuce and toppings are always fresh. They change selections often so there's always new things to choose from. If you go for dinner, they have great hot desserts.

Pros: Airy atmosphere, great food, nice selection, the best chili, chicken noodle soup, bread and baked potatoes. Cons: Overcrowding, prices. Comments: Everytime I go, it seems prices have jacked up. This place tends to attract the type of customer who thinks the world stops turning if they go on strike, so people with attitudes tend to push past you and otherwise cut in front of you at times, as well as getting the regular people in front of you that have to stop at every single salad tray and add on their plate. The food does more than make up for it, and the staff is super nice. I dig the staff coming around with cookies and offering up a few before you head out. Keep an eye out for coupons in the paper, they help out nicely.

I enjoy coming here even though I am not a salad person. There is enough other things that satisfy my palate! Someone in another review mentioned higher prices, but I don't see that. They did just raise their prices a few months ago for the first time that I remember in years, but for Sunday brunch it is still under $10 including tax and a drink. Up until a few months ago, your AAA card would get you 10% off, now you have to join their 'Club Veg' and get 10% off with your Club Veg card - but where the AAA discount use to be for all guests in your party, now the 10% off with Club Veg is only one guest per card so you have to have one card for each person in your party to get the 10% off for each person. Kind of annoying! Food is so-so, not the best but average for buffet style restaurants. Service is excellent and friendly and family oriented with free cookies passed around and balloon artists making balloons for the kids in the evenings.

when me and my husband want to just go somewhere where we can eat healthy and not have to empty our wallets we head down to souplantation. The service is pretty good and we always walk out satisfied.
