I have been going here for about 5 or 6 months now, and have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience. Dr. Kurt Sherick is a great doctor he listens, and most importantly you do not feel uncomfortable talking to him. The girls at the front desk has been nothing but pleasant, and professional to me. The location and the office has easy access as well. Sincerely Scott Thompson

Office staff especially for Garcia-Holguin are unprofessional, rude and uncaring. I leave VERY detailed voicemails as to why I am calling along with my contact info. But the turn around time is ridiculous or if a call back is made to me I'm told that a different phone number (other than the one I left on voicemail) has been called instead. Getting a prescription refill should normally take no longer than 2 business days but with Dr. Garcia-Holguin it takes about 4-5 days to get a call back. I have tried talking to the office manager but she will also not return my calls. Everyone's immediate response when calling with a concern or question is to leave a voice mail. Some of the reviews on this site go as far back as 2009 complaining about the office staff....well, nothing has changed and there are NO improvements!! The physicians may be good but if they continue to allow the office staff to behave the way they have been, they will lose patients because of it.

The first few visits seemed helpful, and found a plan to help my daughter with her ADHD. I thought the Dr. was doing a good job. Then,on one visit we sat in the waiting room for over an hour because she had accidentally put my child's file under other patients with later appointments. Then, when my child started to have some major issues in school, and I had a few conversations with her teacher and we realized maybe meds needed to change, the doctor never returned any phone calls or messages I left that I wanted to set up an appointment sooner than her scheduled 3 month out one to discuss possibility of changes. This went on for about 4 weeks, messages left, none returned. Talked to office staff, was told that my daughter's file was pulled and they would let the doctor know what was going on. No answer back. I left many messages saying that my daughter's behavior was worsening and she was also showing some weird symptoms. No call back. Finally got an answer when I mentioned in a call to the front office that I called many times and no response and my daughter's prescription was running out. I was called back to say the prescription was at the front desk. When I arrived they charged me for it. Saying it was a new policy. I said I had never been informed. I was not, and they tried to argue the point by having some guy come out to say he did tell me. I had spoke to a woman on the phone. Office staff horrible and rude and unhelpful. I recommend going elsewhere. I am

i rarely ever put reviews online but there is something i needed to address. dr fox is GREAT, office staff.. horrible! they make it uncomfortable to step foot in that place. every time i call or walk in the office, they always seem as if i'm completely putting them out. even a simple "hello", or a smile, is to much to ask from them. it's very unfortunate to have such a great doctor, and his staff makes you dread walking in. dr fox gets 5 stars from me, the office staff would get -5, if that were an option.

My poor wife was subjected to the medication roller coaster ride and frequent appointments to take her money. She was hospitalized for her depression as it just got worse and worse. I had to beg Dr. Fox to do anything. We escaped from there after the hospitalization. I received a bill today for 50.00 missed appt while she was in the hospital. incredibly the office staff said I should have cancelled it. I said she was suicidal and in hospital how could she know she had an appt. really??

Office staff is incompetent and rude. Computers are always down and files are not updated. It took over a year for office to correct my name and address (had to ask them 5 times). They could not find my file several times. The office workers made it clear that they do not care about the patients' mental health care.
