I thought I was going to have to throw away my vacuum cleaner, but Southeast Vacuum fixed it for me! I was so happy that I got great service for a great price, while I waited! They even told me little facts about my vacuum and others that I wouldn't have known from going to Walmart or Target! Thanks Gary and Deah! You guys have a customer for life! :D

We bought a vacuum from Gary at Southeast vacuum about 5 years ago. It has stood the rest of time and we are very happy with the purchase. We wanted to find a higher grade than are available in major retail stores and this was the place to go. They were very nice and helpful.

Southeast Vacuum has moved! They did not notify on their answering machine and stated that they were open until 6pm on a Saturday. We arrived at 3:05 to have the clerk tell us she could not help us because she was closed. If you require service look elsewhere.

I want to tell you how absolutely WONDERFUL Southest Vacuum Center is! They were a little out of my way (I live in Buckhead) but it was definitely worth the trip. They were quick, professional, kind, and very very helpful. They repaired the problem I had with my Dyson, suggested a few needed repairs that I didn't notice (my clutch was going), and finished the work in 20 minutes while I waited. I was extremely pleased. My Dyson works like new, and the repairman said I should get another ten years out of it. Thanks! I probably won't need you again soon, but I sure will tell all my friends that is the place to get the work done!

Took my SEBO into Southeast Vacuum and Gary was extremely knowledgeable about this machine. Although he originally thought the problem was an expensive fix, he found that it was a simple repair by cleaning the brush. My thanks to him for his quick service and especially for just being there. I'm thrilled to know his place is there where I can easily get vacuum bags and quality repairs when needed.

Over lunch, I took the Dyson into Southeast Vacuum over a malfunction to have it repaired. The guy working the counter asked if I "had a minute" which I did. He took the overpriced monster of sucking technology into the back and went at it. I perused the fine selection of vacuum technology merchandise. Five minutes later, I had a prime beast of dust and dirt siphoning beauty. He would not charge me, nor let me tip. They gained a customer for life. Happy Holidays.
