Chris is simply the best!! The quality of Chris' product is outstanding and he is a delight to work with. Even after the sale, someone backed into our mailbox and a piece of the post broke. Chris made and new piece and had it right to us. It was perfect! Chris is a Veteran and always does what he says he will do. You can count on him! S Gibson Mt. Pleasant, SC

Incredibly easy process. Professional and responsive owner. Instant curb appeal! I would also recommend the upgraded Newport mailbox. The quality is evident and it is roomy without appearing bulky or over sized. Thank you for the beautiful new mailbox!

I spoke with Chris on Monday about a new mailbox and installation at my house. He put me on the schedule for Thursday. He followed up with an email on Monday and sent a reminder email on Thursday. Chris was so nice and very professional. He came out today, removed the old box and post, and did all the installation including the numbers on the mailbox. He and the young man with him did an outstanding job. All installed to perfection and all the old hauled away. It all looks great! I highly recommend Southern Post and Box based on their professionalism and their excellent work

Southern Post and Mailbox quickly responded to my request to replace my old mailbox post with an identical one that I had sent them a picture. Their work was excellent throughout. They completely removed my old mailbox post while making sure my flower bed right in the midst of the old post was not disturbed, nor was the adjacent sprinkler head touched. They removed my old mailbox to be used on the new mailbox post at my request. They then inserted the new mailbox post using quick-dry cement, and centered the post at the exact same height to comply with local post office requirements. They attached new numbers to the mailbox which I had provided. Finally, they swept away all debris and used touch-up paint to cover up minimal mars to the post during installation. They hauled away the old post, All this was done in less than an hour! Excellent and thorough work professionally done!

Chris picked up custom paint ahead of time from my house, delivered and installed the painted post (The Traditional) exactly when promised. He sent reminders by email about the time/date of the installation. I was surprised at how little the plantings around the post were disturbed by the installation. I'm very happy with the look and construction of the post - Very solid!

Our mailbox post was rotten and needed to be replaced. I contact Chris and ordered what I wanted online. He was quickly responsive, and set up an installation appointment within a week. He was right on time, and the new post looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company.

I am very pleased to recommend Southern Post and Box for the sale and installation of your mailbox. Chris, the owner of the company, provided with extraordinary service. Prior to calling Chris, I looked mailboxes and posts at Home Depot and Lowes. What cheap materials and,of course, they were made you know where. Then I found Chris online and he brought several mailboxes and posts to our homefor us to view. What a difference!! His mailboxes have a substantial heft to them, lots of colors and, best of all, you can choose the style of lettering. We chose art deco. In summary, if you value personalized service, quality and American made products, Chris and his family owned company are the right choice.

If you want more options than Home Depot provides, Southern Post and Box is a terrific alternative. Plus, for a very reasonable price, they will install your new mailbox and post, plus haul away the old one. I had put off replacing malfunctioning mailbox and post for ages because I didn't want to deal with the hassle. So glad I found this company. Highly recommended.

Chris was extremely helpful assisting us in choosing a new mailbox. His mailbox selection is the best I've seen in town, and he refuses to stock the cheap tinny style that Home Depot sells because of the shoddy construction. Installation was quick - we didn't even have to be at home during the install. Highly recommend.

I met Chris at a homeshow and described my problem mailbox to hi. I later emailed him pictures. His response was fast with an estimated repair cost. When he came out to do the work, he was professional and did an excellent job! I did not have to worry about cleanup or anything. He even hauled my old mailbox away. Excellent service and I am totally satisfied with my new mailbox. I will recommend Chris to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

We live in a neighborhood where the builder used cheap quality mailboxes and posts. They are literally falling down everywhere. I decided to replace mine, but needed to come really close to the design we already had so as not to get in any trouble with the community. I searched around, even looked at having product shipped to me to save money, but I finally decided to give Chris a call. His pictures were better on his website, and when I spoke to him, it was clear that he knew a lot about mailboxes and posts. He answered my questions, made several suggestions, and provided a post that matched what I needed. People can say that all posts are the same, but they have never seen one of Chris's. This beauty he installed in front of my house is just amazing. DON'T buy a cheap Home Depot post that will look horrible in a year! Get with Chris and find out how inexpensive it can be, and how much quality you get from his posts. I am very pleased with his work, followup, service, etc.
