I was in so much pain and called around but no one would take my insurance (Blue Cross). This office took my insurance and got me in the same day! The staff was so nice and didnt make me wait forever in the waiting room. I just wanted to be out of pain and they did a root canal on me the same day. I ended up paying alot which sucked, because my insurance isnt very good but they let me make two payments. I am just so happy that they didnt make me come back to do it another day!!!

I was looking for a dental office which could do endo, implants, and crowns. Even though these services are available on the same property, each dentist keeps its own uncoordinated records. It was frightening when the dentists would ask me what X-rays had been taken. How should I know! That is their job! At one point, an office manager demanded that I leave, after I had been injected and numbed because I objected to the poor office management. I have withheld $100 of payment because I do not trust them to forward my records which are dispersed among three separately managed but co-located offices. It appears that each office manager is trying to maintain her own little fiefdom regardless of its negative impact on patient care and services. I am still looking for a dental office that will perform all three services without separate medical records. I may have found some through Kudzu. Time will tell.

I only visited this dentist for the new patient orientation. He recommended hundreds of dollars of unnecessary work. He said I needed a debridement clean and a mouth guard. I visited another dentist and was told that I did not need those treatments. I would NOT recommend this dentist as I think they are just after your money. Also, the dentist treated me like a 5 yr old, instead a well educated individual who takes care of their teeth.

I have not had good luck with this southwest dental group. I was not treated with the sincerity that I would expect from a dentist office. There is little communication between the front office staff and its densists. Which makes it very hard to get a straight answer or anything accomplished in a short period off time. I would not recommend this office due to the poor customer service.
