I took my Caton, a thousand dollar dog, named Hollie. She needed to be shaved which should have been easy enough. Hollie has been groomed since she was a puppy so she is use to the process. When I went to pick her up, I could not believe the hack job they performed. You would think being shaved she would not have clumps of fur not shaved all the way down. Her face was butchered and on top of that THE GROOMER CUT HER BADLY. I have never seen such a careless, noncaring, and lack of pride in their work. I will never go back and anyone who has a pure breed or a dog that needs special care or needs to be groomed in a certain matter, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED WITH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. YOU CHARM ED ME TO CUT MY DOG AND MUTILATED HER COAT. DO NOT TRUST SPA BOW WOW WOW WITH YOUR CHILDREN!

After taking our dogs there they both developed a bad case of dry skin. Mary, the owner is very unprofessional. After giving us a dog, she came into my vet's office where I had taken the vet fot follow up treatment and literally showed her bad side in front of me and the entire staff at my vet's. She will not return calls and this is a businees that you stay away from if you love your pets. Wish I could say more, but out of space. Mary is rude and she should be ashamed of her behavior.

I have a 75 pound Golden that has gone to Spa Bow Wow for 2 years now, since he was 8 weeks old. The owners, Mary and Helen, are terrific. My dog is so spoiled for them...he knows when Bow Wow day is and cries to leave home. They are very professional, excellent groomers, and allow him to run around rather than be cooped up in a cage all day. He always smells terrific when we pick him up. They have a 2nd location at intersection of Post & 9. Try them!

I have been a client for almost 2 years, we absolutely love this place. Not once I had a bad experience. The place is clean; our dog loves going there for grooming or just to play. Unlike other places she is not in a crate the whole time, she can play with other dogs. The owners are caring and experienced handling all kinds of dogs. I totally recommend it.

We took our dog this place and shortly thereafter she developed an incredible rash. We ended up taking our dog to the vet and will end up paying them to clear up the rash. Today when my wife called to find out the shampoo they used; the original response was "we have 15 different types of shampoos and we have no idea what we used on your dog". This even after we provided our name, dog's name and date we were in. Frankly they did not want to hear any negative feedback nor take the time to listen to a complaint. Our dog trainer said we were the 4th client of hers with the same experience. Only when we said that we will come after them to recover the vet cost did we receive a phone call back and lo and behold they had the information. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. IT IS A FACTORY.
