When you go to a salon you expect to get what you ask for. You don't expect to have to come home and have your sister redo your hair for you an hour before you need to walk down the aisle. What you also don't expect is that when you call to talk to someone about the horrible experience that you had is to repeatedly have to call back because there is a complete lack of customer service. This is true not only of the manager of the salon, but even worse the owner. When you call to discuss the poor service that you recieved and are asked "Well what do you want from us?", this is something that makes you wonder how is this place still open. The salon itself is very clean and inviting and the receptionist is very friendly, but if you are looking for a good customer service experience I would suggest you take your business elsewhere. If you do have to get an up-do stay away from Lacey at all costs!
