Ordered my son's baseball pictures the day they were taken by putting my card number on the order sheet. Then a few weeks later when pictures arrived, was given an envelope for my amount owed instead of my pictures???? They could've called if there was a problem and I know they had my number because it was on my "past due" notice they wrote up for me... nope they said they punched a number in wrong so my card wouldn't go through and now I have to pay for shipping my pictures to me due to THEIR mistake and lack of customer service???? Doesn't make sense to me.

The one-star ratings on this website are obviously from unscrupulous competitors. This is the best sports photography company I've ever dealt with. I'm a parent in the Atlanta area with no ties to any photography company, but I can honestly say that I've never come across a more professional, courteous, and friendly group of people. Their customer service is excellent as is the quality of their work. They bend over backwards to work with you and even make it possible for every single child to have at least one photo, even if their parents can't afford to purchase a package. This company is the best!

This is the worst company on the face of the earth. I paid for pictures that I never received and after two and a half months of waiting, the owner by the name of Mike has the audacity to get on the phone with an attitude and then curse me on the telephone. Please do not waste your time or money with these lunatics. I'll see them in court due to not delivering my merchandise.

Good pics, but not so great customer service!! Buyer beware....We made an honest mistake and switched banks several days after writing a check to Sportography. We thought all checks cleared. Sportography NEVER contacted us over the check not going through. They sent us straight to a collection agency. We called Sportography immediately when we got the notice from the collection company. Sportography s comment was... we call the house 1 time & if you dont answer, we dont leave a message, and we send you to collection. We even received our pics without knowing anything was wrong. All this happened in a 2 1/2 week time frame. They sent my check back to me after I tried to pay & said they cant help us now. We know we made an error on our part.....but common courtesy is to contact the customer 1st!!!!

Don't use them! We had problems with them everytime we have had to deal with them. Once the left out part of our order. When we called about it, we were told "Oh, you won't be getting that. It was a typo." and when we questioned further, we were told rudely"That's your problem!". Just this last time they cut half of my kids' heads off on the buttons. Again we called and we were told they would check into having them redone. They never called back. Shocking!
