Bought the original system from Spring Clear in Eldridge, IA (SC) back in 2002. Had only one problem with it in between then & now. They came then & fixed it without issue. Because of a recent leak, we determined we either needed to have it repaired or replaced. It was 11yrs. old so we figured it was time for a replacement. Called & left a message for a service call back. Waited 3 full days, talked to a gal, tried to coordinate a service date, but she explained she would have to check with the service rep's calendar & get back to us. No call back for 3 days. So we called back, left another message. No call back again. So we left yet another message detailing OUR calendar & what fit best for OUR schedule. The next day (on a day we were clear about no one being available because we both work), the SC gal called back & said, "We can stop out in the next few minutes if anyone is going to be there." *sigh* Got that message after returning home that afternoon. Called AGAIN & left still ANOTHER message which politely but in no uncertain terms explained, "We would appreciate a call back in order to resolve this problem. If we don't receive a call back this time, we will be forced to take our business elsewhere. If you don't return this call, I suppose we have the answer we need." You would think that call would prompt a customer-centric business to return call in order to keep a returning customer/from losing business. NO CALL! Clearly no need for more biz @ SC.
