True disappointment with the customer service. They will keep your $100 deposit for a party that did not materialize, even if you spend over $200 with them. I cancelled in plenty of time because I could not reach their 10 person minimum, and yet they have opted to keep my $100 in addition to the money I spent with them. Glad to know they are hurting so bad that they need my $100 so bad, and are willing to lose future customers over it.
