I was in a potentially LONG (due to the attorney my husband picked) horrible, hurtful divorce and my x wanted everything to go all the way to a JUDGE (he wanted it to be like TV divorce) I picked Christine from Kudzu in hopes I would get a seasoned do the right thing attorney and I got way more. I feel I got a miracle and saved a ton of money but more important to me saved the hurt, drama and pain of a long divorce and we settled in Mediation where Christine stood by my side all day and night where we wrote a final agreement at 9:30pm at night. I am so thankful for Christine because she listened to what was important in what I was saying. She is extremely seasoned professional that has great knowledge of the law, fellow professionals and Judges all that play a BIG ROLE in the ins and outs of the divorce. I am so glad to have me and my daughter spared the long yucky divorce. Thank you so much!!! As a critical care nurse in my profession I feel that Christine has guided me through a terrible infection and got me up well and functioning as quickly and with the least damage possible!!!!! Now I can be a mom and live my life!

Christine successfully represented me in my divorce. Her service and commitment to my case was refreshing and I would highly recommend her - especially if you are fighting for custody. She is always available via email and her responsiveness always reassured me throughout the process.

We went to Stadler Law Group for counsel on a Chapter 7 bankruptcy several months ago. We discussed our situation and provided all assets, income and information requested. We were told repeatedly that our investment properties were given the same exemption as a primary residence and that we could use the "joint exemption" for husband and wife of $10,000 each and apply this to our investment property. This is factually incorrect. The joint exemption is only applicable to primary residences and NOT investment properties. We went with a law firm that specializes in bankruptcy law and were told that we were given incorrect information regarding the exemptions from Stadler Law Group and that they were misinformed on the laws. Our Chapter 7 was successfully discharged thru the other law firm and we are grateful that we went that route. I think you can do better if you need bankruptcy counsel.

We are glad that you found counsel that was a good fit for you and you were able to get a discharge. I sorry if that was the information which was given as there are certain exemptions that can be used on investment properties. We have done numerous real estate investors and have been successful in our representation. Sometimes things are not communicated properly and that is why it is best to make sure you interview a couple of different attorneys to get a good fit. We are glad you found that fit.
Stadler Law Group was extremely professional, efficient and VERY well experienced. I would recommend their Legal services to everyone. I could have not been more pleased with my outcome and the level of service that was provided to me and my family!

Looking for legal council is always difficult. You are never sure what you will get. One thing I can tell you is that you will not be disappointed in Stadler Law Group!!! It was important to us to have someone who could answer questions about our Home mortgage Modification during our Bankruptcy. Gary at Stadler Law group was GREAT. He even offered to help with the Modification if needed at no extra charge. Gary was always available even on weekends. He is very knowledgeable and if he did not have an answer he always got it quickly. It was truly pleasant experience to use this Law Firm!!!!

My ex-husband always controlled everything, and everyone.....until he came across Christine Stadler! Finally, he met a woman he couldn't manipulate or controll. She truly is an amazing, and awesome attorney!! I highly recommend her for any legal services needed.

Christine met with me for a consultation, during a time that accommodated my schedule (over the weekend!). She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in my situation. She explained things clearly and was to the point. I wish I found her before I went through my divorce and highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an honest, hardworking attorney.

Christine helped me in a custody battle that has spanned several years. She is direct, effective, and resourceful. You are hearing from a father who is now the custodial parent of his tween daughter.

The Stadler law firm is a Great & understanding law firm. Gary was always available 7 days a wk & when you called or emailed him, he would contact you back! Once I contacted them,I stopped interviewing other law firms. I knew that they cared & actually understood what we were going through. It was very stressful time for us. Gary & Shannon kept us informed the whole time. I highly recommend this law firm. The only regret I have is I did not call them earlier.

Not the best experience, but not the worst. Although I wasn't left waiting at her office like one of the previous reviewers stated, because Christine forgot to cancel the appointment in a timely manner, I can say this area does need to improve. Calls are not returned promptly, and they make you feel like you are not taking seriously. Had I not already paid, I would have surely went elsewhere. Definitely won't recommend anyone.

I attempt to return calls in a prompt manner, however I am in court quite a bit. I try to tell clients to email me so that if I am in court I can respond in a quicker manner. I appreciate the comment and will strive to improve.
I retained Christine last summer for a custody dispute I was involved in based on her great Kudzu reviews. Well Kudzu, you let me down! After an initial consultation, I decided to retain her services. I liked that she could see me right away as I was on a very rushed timeframe. Also her free email option for contacting her seemed like a good thing for someone like me on a budget. Still, there was a little voice in my head saying something wasn't quite right with this lady. For one thing, she did not seem very professional in her demeanor. She comes across as a disheveled person trying to pose as a professional. Also I never felt my case seemed all that important to her. When I was asking her specific questions about my situation, her answers were sketchy and I felt uneasy. She does not seem to connect with or empathize with the client at all, least not with me. All that could have been overlooked if she was honest and trustworthy. She was NOT. After I paid her a $2500 retainer she filed a petition and tried to serve the mom. The server was great but the mom skipped town. At that point I decided not to pursue further legal action and figured since Christine had done so little on the case that I would be entitled to a refund of part of the retainer. I was uneasy when I realized that I had no signed agreement or anything with Christine - she hadn't even provided a receipt for the retainer! I emailed and emailed her and she promised to send a refund but never got a dime. Shame!

As you stated in your review, your case had a rush time frame. After being retained on a Thursday afternoon you informed me that the Mother was moving and needed to be served that weekend. I stopped everything to prepare the papers, rush file them and hired a private investigator to work all weekend to attempt to serve her. Only to find out that you had informed her that we were looking for her. After she left I informed you that you had a limited time frame to serve her out of the state and still have your case heard in Georgia and I would be able to have her served out of state. Your last email to me stated "Thank you for helping me with this matter even though it didn't work out the way I had hoped it would. I will be happy to refer you to anyone I know who needs a family law attorney." Unfortunately in domestic cases I can only work with the facts as my clients give them to me. I work very hard to accomplish their goals and feel that I put forth the effort that you allowed me to do. As provided in the retainer agreement sent to you the retainer is nonrefundable and half was paid to the private investigator for the weekend of service.
Christine has been great. I had to fire my first attorney and was impressed at how fast Christine was able to get up to speed on my divorce. She prepared me for trial which eased my anxiety and was always available if I had a question! She is honest and really cares. I would recommend her to everyone who needs a sincere and honest attorney.

Christine is representing me in my divorce. My soon-to-be-ex-husband left the 1-star review below. That review only proves how good she is. My ex is abusive and Christine has led me safely through this mess. She is tough, fair, and direct. Thank you Christine. I never knew an attorney could represent with such compassion.
