I agree, these guys always get it wrong and do it with attitude to boot. Even when they correct their mistake they still don't make a good cup of coffee. On top of that, this store has long lines and slow service. Once I actually waited 10 minutes while the girl at the register talked with a friend on the phone. I walked out. When I pay $5 for a cup of coffee you can hold the attitude, thank you very much.

For some reason, they always get something wrong on my drink, like vanilla instead of hazelnut or hot instead of iced. Yes, they correct it when brought to their attention, but c'mon....an iced skinny hazelnut latte isn't that difficult compared to some orders...

The barristas here know their stuff. This is a great Starbucks location, though most Starbucks are good, with well-trained (if a bit haughty) employees. I recommend the caramel macchiato, iced or hot.
