I am a tenured executive chef. The food offerings at the buffet are great but I question some of the recipes that they use. Their "pot roast" and "meatloaf" is laden with tex/mex seasoning. If they need a recipe for true Yankee Pot Roast and "mom's" meatloaf they could use the Food Channel as a resource. If I want tex/mex I would go down to their food station that offers that fare. The cooks in the kitchen are not being quality controlled if they are using cross cuisine seasonings.
