A service broker referred us to Stellar because our refrigerator was not cooling. Stellar did not come the day they said they would; they did not bring anything to make the repair needed; they said they would order the part but gave us no idea when it would come nor did they give an option to overnight the piece. In fact, we have not heard from them since. So obviously they had no intention of repairing our refrigerator and didn't even bother to tell us that they would not be repairing it. Obviously, we will never use them again and would recommend that no one else use them as well. They certainly should not be on the list of providers from the service broker.

These people are terrible. We had a repairman come out and charge us $75 - he was here all of 10 mins. He told us it would be 3-5 days for the parts we needed to come in. We're still waiting, and it's been over 3 wks. They never called to tell us about a delay. I just called them again and they have no idea when the parts will be in. It's a wonder they are still in business - the worst service I've ever received. Under no circumstances would I use them again.

This company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Knowing they would need to pull my oven out, the tech showed up and asked ME if I had something he could use. We ended up w/the oven balancing on a stool and 6 of my books!!! Then it teetered and fell and cut his arm!!! When I called to speak with the owner of the company, Aubrey, he was very non shalaunt about the whole thing. Then the receptionist, Jessica was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! VERY POOR SKILLS WITH DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS!!!
