I travel to clients' homes/offices/community gyms and take them through personalized training programs.
I try to make every program different. We won't do the same exact exercises/routines day after day.
I bring my own equipment, but if you have your own we can use that as well. So, whether you have equipment, or none at all, I can come up with a program that will work for you!
Some of the equipment I can bring includes:
-Dumbbells (up to 52.5 lbs each)
-EZ.. Curl Bar
-Weighted Medicine Balls
-Ankle Weights (up to 10 lbs. each)
If you have kids at home and/or can't often leave to go to the gym, this is a perfect option for you. I offer reasonable rates and, do have packages of 5 or 10 sessions available. You can also workout with a family member or friend for a discounted rate per person. Note: I don't have saturday listed as a day I'm "open," but am willing to schedule saturday appointments if necessary.
*Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology
*ACE-Certified Personal Trainer (American Council on Exercise)
*Member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
*Currently working on becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA
*Have liability insurance
*CPR certified by the American Heart Association
*Have experience working in a physical therapy clinic
