A Horrible experience. I would think twice about going to this cleaner on Buffalo and Flamingo. Not only did they ruin my jacket but they will take no responsibility. I have spoken to the Manager of 10 months experience, who says they did nothing wrong and has no reply about the customer not being satisfied. I have even tried to contact the owner twice but no one will call me back. As the customer, I asked for my $1.75 back for the disservice and here I sit out a jacket and the $1.75 it cost to get it dry cleaned. This is a great example of 'You get what you pay for". Whatever happened to customer service? Obviously this establishment doesn't seem to care about its customers. For this I will be passing this experience along to others.
