Steve's is a family run business who runs on the principle that his customers are his best advertisement! The work they did for me: AC repair; plumbing repair. Was done quickly, professionally, friendly, very neat in the work, on time, on budget and spent time showing me how to properly care for it! You can trust these guys! :) They've gotten a lot of referrals from me, and I personally check up on those to whom I've referred. 100% satisfaction so far!

We have used Steve's twice. Once for a home AC unit replacement and just last night for an emergency plumbing issue. Both times they were professional, prompt and nice. All of the work was done the way its supposed to be done. They aren't the cheapest but quality never is. For those reviewers who complain about the price, do this....go on Craigslist and call some hack to come out and make the problem worse, and then you won't be able to call them back......zero guarantee. I would recommend Steve's to anyone looking for quality service with a guarantee, done on time and with professional results.

Don't count on Steve's employees (or Steve for that matter) to take care of business other than to collect the cold hard cash ($79.95). Daniel (Steve's employee) arrived Saturday P.M. and was told a phone call to Colonial Home Warranty insurance company was necessary in order for repairs to be made in four to six hours on Sunday. Daniel refused to make the call, when reminded on Monday morning, arguing that it was the customer's job to call the insurance company for repair work to be done. On Monday, 2-10 HBW Warranty stated no call from Daniel was received. Bottom line: the unit still has not been repaired 3 days later--even though HBW is open for business on Sundays.

Wanted to charge me $795 for a condensing fan motor. Paid their diagnostic charge of 59.95 and called another company klaus and sons and said they didn't diagnose it correctly. They charged me $167.97 for a capacitor. Called steves the next day and spoke to a lady named Dena and was very rude. Avoid this company, they are crooks

Used them several times. Once for a/c, once for plumbing. On time and professional both times. Very nice and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need! Prices reasonable, work quality great. I have recommended them to quite a few people. Last month they were not available when my a/c finally died and needed a replacement. Sooooooooo sorry I wasn't able to wait for them!!! Next time I WILL! The other company, although, on time, professional and courteous, did charge quite a bit more and took more than a month to final okay on inspection with city inspector. They had to come back 3 times to satisfy items for the inspector. I don't think this would have happened with Steve's! They say the majority of their business is with referrals .. now I know why! STEVE's ... YOU ROCK!
