I agree with all the reviews on this company. You never get a live person when you call. They will not return your call. They definitely do not pick up trash on time. The trash sits at the curve for days. I've filed a complaint with the BBB & will be dropping them for service and going to another provider who will be true to their word in providing good customer service.

Customer NO SERVICE.... LIES, LIES!!!!!!!!!!! I paid for service for 6 months and my TRASH is not being Picked up on MONDAY as scheduled each week. My trash is picked up 2x a month unless I call them & wait for them to answer after the 27th call. Once they answer they will lie and say someone will call u back. Liers.!!!!

Moved in The enclave Sub in February 2011, called Stone Sanitation, they charged me $30 and dropped a can off at my house, but they never picked up my trash. I tried flagging them down to pick up my trash, they kept going. I've tried calling them, no answer, no call back. I had to hired another sanitation company to pick up my trash. I still have the can, but they still have my $30 for no service and now they are threating to report this on my credit report. What should I do?

I live in the Enclave Subdivison in Convington. My regular garbage pickup is on Thursday and due to Thanksgiving being on that day pickup was suppose to be on Friday,November 26, 2010. Here is Monday November 29,2010 and everyone who uses this company including myself has garbage overflowing in front of their homes. This is a health risk.

The first time I called they picked the phone up on the 2nd ring. They offered me the 1st month for FREE and charged my account a few days later and told me my can will be at my house within the next week. Here it is almost a month later and I still have no can!!! My trash is building up in my garage and I have left numberous messges and can't get anyone to pick up the phone. The office hours are from 9am to 1pm!! Really?!?!? Now I see why I get the 1st month for free. I don't get a trash can!!!!

It has been about 6 weeks and still no can. They said that they delivered it and someone must have taken it off of our drive way! So why don't they bring us another can and leave it close to the house? Maybe they don't need our money!

I left a message to inquiry on this company and two weeks later a can showed up at my home with a note attached stating that my bill was past due. I called and was told it was an error then the next week they left my trash due to no payment according to the note. I have been calling for two weeks leaving messages and no one has called back. This company is horrible and I would rather eat my trash than use them!

It's been three weeks and my garbage still sits at the curb. Stone is not picking up the trash because they "didn't get my check." I have left daily messages indicating that the check was cashed more than a week ago and I want my trash picked up asap. No return call, no pick up and the can still sits at the curb. I hired another company and asked Stone to pick up the can...it still sits there a week later. No return calls, no letters, no refund for the check they cash more than a week ago. Furious.
