I had a total of five appts., and the same experiences applied to them all. The receptionists were rude, the technicians were impersonal (there were dozens and I never saw the same one twice, nor did they bother to introduce themselves or their functions), and the Dr. was late EVERY time. It took 3 telephone calls to get a question answered. There was no cross-training, nobody in charge, and when I asked for the office manager, I was told there wasn't one. If this Dr. is "world famous" why does he work in this mess?
