Although the work they complete on our Subaru is well done and well priced, the interaction the front desk staff offers is supremely poor. Most shops I've been to have treated me like their only customer. Although I'm just one person, it's the genuine feeling of a business being greatful and excited to earn your return visit that keeps me coming back. I'm hoping the Suba Guru staff attends some sort of Customer Service Workshop and start treating their customers with a little kindness~it truly goes a long way. Leave your bad day at home.

I brought my subaru to a mechanic in town that a lot of friends recommended due to an oil leak and burning smell. 1 month, three return visits, and $1700 later, NOTHING CHANGED. I had an infant at the time and couldn't take him anywhere because of the leak/fumes he was inhaling. Then my car completely broke down. I brought it to subaguru and they immediately diagnosed the problem (which was pretty complex and detailed) . They fixed only what I approved us, and their prices were very reasonable (I've had subarus for years). I asked them to also look at the ac and they fixed it for free. My car is running great without a trace of burning smell. They were friendly, professional, and FAST.

We have two Subarus in the household. We use to use them but suddenly they changed their practices. Service and value went way down. I wouldn't recommend them. I became a # instead of a person. Found a better place for my Subaru.
