With 3 growing boys and a hungry husband, everyone want their own footlong. With the sandwiches so cheap, I can feed the whole family for $20.00, and the kids can take half to school for lunch the next day. Totally worth it to me. The sandwiches always taste great too. Much better than Mc Donalds.

I had gone to this Subway regularly for as long as I can remember. Add in all the Subways I had gone to at other locations & lunch time at work, I estimate I visited a Subway location twice a week. This trip ended my relationship as a Subway customer at this location. The short of the story for this review, my son (age 12) and I went in for lunch. When making my son's sandwich they accidentally put mustard even though I heard my son request only Mayo. My son is a bit shy & talks quietly, so I can understand they may not had heard him correctly. In trying to break him out of his shyness & teach him that if he treats people with respect they will treat him with respect, I encouraged him to go back to the counter & let them know and they would make him a new sandwich. He returned saying they refused! I confronted the employee about this & he insisted my son asked for mustard & he would not make a new sandwich unless I paid for it! There was a lot of nastiness from 2 of the 3 employees that followed. I told them to just make the sandwich and I would pay for it but I would be writing a letter because this was totally outrageous. At the end there was 1 employee I think was both intimidated and embarrassed by his coworkers who nonchalantly gave me the replacement sandwich at no charge. Following this encounter, I mailed and emailed a letter to both Subway corporate & the franchise owner. I never heard back anything, so that ended my relationship as a Subway customer anywhere!
