I had just gotten a new radiator and hadn't been able to drive my car.It was dirty.Happy to have my car back.I say I'm going to wash my baby!On 4/3/2010 Drive a mile or so and pull in to the car wash.Nice guy tells me the $29 special they have.I'm excited.Same guy pulls me outside later and says your car is ready but bad news for me.He tells me my side view is broken and they will replace it.He takes my name and number.I'm disappointed but they will fix it so I'm like darn but I'm like ok they will fix it.Minutes later this lady about 60 says,they can't do anything for me that my car is a'99 and they have signs posted all through out.I was calm at first then it hit me.I'm in disbelief.I get on the phone and vent of course.As if that helped me feel better.To make a long story short,after I'm in tears about the situation.Yep I was at my age!I go back in to speak to the lady.She is not breaking and neither am I.She says how my car is a'99 and its not a newer vehicle,and how a lot of the cars that come through have retractable side mirrors.I let her know,my car is not new however it's paid off and I'm keeping my Chrysler Concorde LHS.I love my car.She tries to give me a gift certificate finally.I guess so I can come back and get the OTHER MIRROR BROKEN OFF!That didn't make sense to me.To get me out of there,she finally gave me $29.I put it in church Easter!HAD TO TAPE!!!MY MIRROR TIL I CAN PAY FOR DAMAGES THAT I DIDN'T DO!BRAKE DUST NOT COMPLETELY OFF,1/4 WINDSHIELD DIRTY.

Don't go here: I chose "Sudz N More" after a recommendation from a friend. When I arrived, I chose the "Gold Service" because it was $5 off. The car looked great until I realized that my windshield had not been cleaned and my tag had been bent in half as well as destroying my college football tag frame. I came back the next day to speak with the owner. He offered no apologies about my destroyed tag and frame or dirty windshield. I certainly wasn't expecting for him to replace it as his explanation was that it wasn't factory equipment. The owner also seemed perturbed that he had to clean my windshield which should have been done the first time. After all, isn't this a car wash!?! To the owner of the business: I suggest you offer an apology to customers who come in to your business unhappy. I wasn't expecting you to replace my tag! Next time, I will wash the car myself as well as washing my friends that recommended me to you!
