Branch, telephone and even managerial service is horrible. Initially I thought it was just one or two people, then perhaps just the branch that I visited, but it's actually just the Suntrust culture. The service even stinks in D.C. & Maryland! I've closed my accounts & I know of 3 friends who've done the same. Poor customer service always leads back to poor management -- either they aren't disciplining the employees, or they treat them so badly that they have no incentive to be pleasant.
