I was refered to Sunbelt by Meile. I call their number and spoke with Bob and described my problem. He said he would order the parts and call me when they arrived. In the mean time I looked them up on Kudzu and a couple of other sites and though to myself. Well, I will never hear back. Much to my surprise Bob called several days later. We scheduled an appointment, he finished the work and all is well in my world. Thanks Bob!

Bought my LG washer and dryer through HHGregg and bought the extended warranty. My appliances needed repair, I was assigned Sunbelt Applaince to fix the issue. Bob rescheduled a bunch of times. He finally showed up, said he needed to order parts. Waited a month, called a bunch of times and never got a return phone calls. The Warranty company can't get in touch with him, either. What a disaster! Never, ever, ever hire Sunbelt Appliance!

Sunbelt was sent from Miele to fulfill warranty service on a new but leaking dishwasher. The repair guy ran a short cycle which didn't leak and left. As he walked out the door, we started a full cycle which again leaked and called him to tell him of the continuing problem. He ordered a pump and returned 2 weeks later to install it (after not telling us the part had been in his shop for a week - it took our 3 calls to Miele to prompt Sunbelt to return our calls and let us know they had the part). After the install, the same repairman again ran a short cycle which didn't leak. As he walked out again, we ran the full cycle which did leak and called within 5 minutes of his departure to see if he would return immediately. He didn't seem to beleive us didn't want to come back to find the problem saying he didn't have any parts. I'm no repairman, but to me you'd have to know which part to order before being able to correct a problem, no? It's been over a month since we reported the problem to Miele and we still can't use our "new" dishwasher. Sunbelt is both apathetic about service and appears to lack basic diagnosis skills to fix a problem. Avoid Miele and Sunbelt Appliance Repair!

I called HHGregg about my LG Dryer not heating. It was under warranty. They set up an appointment with Sunbelt for Wednesday. I called him to see if he could come out that day. He called just because he had a question. I know his phone works. I asked if he would give me a call when he was headed to my house and he said I guess I can. He is very dry in his mannerism. Not friendly. He replaced my thermostat. It broke after the first cycle. Called him back and left a message on Wed. right after he left. When he didn't call I called HHGregg Thur. They set me up with another appt time with Sunbelt for Monday. Called again he answered and told me he didn't have an answer for me and would call LG to see what else to try and would call me by lunch. Never heard from him again but left more messages. He never showed up on Monday. Called HHGregg and got another repair man. They were awesome. Came the same day and told me that the part was recalled by LG. Ordered the part Tuesday & just called Wednesday to set up an appt for Thursday. I have already spoken with Customer Relations about how poor his service was and they need not to put anyone through this again. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and FRUSTRATING!

The repairman from Sunbelt came right out when we called GE Warranty to fix our LG washer. He said he needed to order a part, but 10 days later we haven't heard anything from him and calls to their number aren't answered. GE Warranty is no help at all and while they do answer the phone - it took 1 hour 17 minutes to get someone! Both of these companies are aweful!

This is the worse I have ever seen. I had a refridgerator go out on Thursday but some miracle the warranty company reached Sunbelt but they could only get them once. They were supose to come out on Tuesday. I called on Friday and monday but to no avail. Tuesday came and went and they never showed. Tuesday myself and the warranty company called but NEVER heard back. If you want to take bets on how long they take to call back give them a call but if you want something fixed I suggest calling anyone else!

Avoid using this company at all cost, but you might not have to try to hard. When you leave a message at 404-862-6803, you will not get a return call! Bob came out to check our washer and told us that he would have to order a part. Two weeks later, no part for the washer and Bob will not return phone call to let us know what is going on!
