Trent took considerable time to work with my husband on the front end of the job to ensure that we were getting what we needed for our older home. The whole crew was friendly and the work was completed in a timely fashion. We will def call Trent @ Sundial again if we need more plubming work for our house!!

Trent fixed the problem at our house in a very professional manner. He was easy to deal with, understood the problem and fixed it in a cost effective manner. We will call Sundial again if we have a plumbing need.

I was impressed with this company. The technician was cordial, and thoroughly know what the problem was. He then fixed it! I will recommend this co. to all my friends and neighbors!

Called Sundial Plumbing to come and check a leak in shut off valve. Professional from the start-- from person who took the order to the technician that came out. They came out same day and stayed in constant communication. "Trent" was our technician and was prompt, courteous and fixed the problem! Will be calling Sundial for all future plumbing problems.

We've used SunDial twice now - once for an emergency sump pump issue, and once for drain clogs far down the pipe. Most recently we had Trent Horne out. SunDial does a great job of notifying you when the service tech will show up, and Trent was prompt and within the window of time I was promised. He was efficient, friendly, and actually determined that the problem was less effort (and therefore cost) than I initially thought. I highly recommend Trent and SunDial.

Scott Chandler worked on our hot water pipe leak - it took a lot more billable time and money than we had initially hoped - but he was most courteous and professional in explaining the issue and fixing it.

After reading mostly good reviews, I had Sundial out in late Jan for a stopped up sewer. They came and unstopped the sewer for $600.00 but said that there was an issue that needed further repair but that they didn't have the right equipment length to camera the problem. We were scheduled to leave town so I explained that we would call upon our return. We returned to find the sewer was stopped up again (keep in mind we weren't there). They came back out and said that the sewer line was stopped up again and they did not warrant the first repair even though they didn't have the right equipment the first time to determine the real problem. After much heated discussion they agreed to unstop it again and provide a quote for the repair which was over $3000.00. I then called another well known and respected local plumber and he said that the type repair we needed should not be more than $2000.00 at the very most so he will be making the repair this week. I can only surmise that they were trying to add back in the $600.00 stoppage fee. This was the second time we had used SunDial. The first time they had to come out three times to fix a minor problem with our water meter hook-up which caused my water bill to be triple the norm. I should have learned my lesson. SunDial has very good telephone customer service reps, but their actual service leaves much to be desired. Never again for me!

I had gas leaking problem on Sunday (1/9/2011) and couldn't find anybody to come out, until talked to Sundial. William was very professional and assured me that someone will be there. Joe showed up in the afternoon, not only identified the problem, but also fix another one (And I had the honor to talk to one of the few people who knows how to fix wooden plumbing pipe :) ). The heating was back up on time for the biggest snow I have ever seen in Atlanta. It was probably the worst timing to have heating issue but Sundial REALLY saved our day!

I was really pleased that Sundial was extremly proactive and more than fair in dealing with a misunderstanding that was going to lead to expenses with anoher company. Sundial took full responsibility and took care of the issue right away.I was really impressed. E. Silverman

As a real estate agent, I try to be careful when reviewing or recommending any one company or service. I read some reviews on Kudzu of other plumbing companies and about Sundial being a little pricey, but Sundial was available and were the only ones who had the water heater we wanted in stock and didn't push the "other" brands. Our water heater needed replacement. They came out that afternoon (after calling them around 3:00 pm) and replaced the water heater. The technician was pleasant and informative. Bottom line - If you need fast service, good choice of products, and a company that follows up on calls, Sundial is there for you.

In a nutshell, this company charged me $341 to replace a water-pressure regulator (WPR) in my house. A WPR costs about $40 at Home Depot. The WPR was on a 3/4" copper line near my garage ceiling and was easily accessible. In my opinion, it was an extremely easy job for anyone experienced doing this type of work. Their technician spent about 1.25 hours doing the work, although he was at the house longer assessing the integrity of my water heater, preparing his quote, talking with me, communicating with his office via cellphone, and preparing my invoice. In my opinion, $200 would have been a fair price for this job. Yes, he quoted the price to me before doing the work and I was under no obligation to accept it. I accepted because we had a serious water leak from the old regulator, the outdoor temperature was very cold, and my family needed water immediately. Yes, it was a good job, and yes, the Sundial people were courteous. Nevertheless, I'd be scared to death of what they'd charge for a difficult job and will not call them back. Be ready to shell out.
