Should have known the price was too good to be true. Was never happy with the administrative staff. They seemed fake and uninterested all along. However, the infant room main teachers are wonderful. They LOVED my baby and he loved them very much. I heard great things about the Toddler teacher but the week my son moved up the teacher was suddenly let go. There was no talk about it at the school. One of the infant room teachers filled the spot temporarily so I was content. Now there is a new teacher who is very nice but has very little connection with the kids. I witnessed her "teaching" them art once...there was much room for improvement. My son has been bitten at least 10 times in this room which tells me that the staff is not trained to deal with these things. The chaos in his classroom along with COMPLETELY unorganized administration has brought me to my breaking point. We are done!! I will only miss Ms. Cindy and Ms. Linda AND the low tuition.

This school does not properly train their staff. You can find citations indicating as much. The teacher in the toddler room was fired, and no information was given to parents. My son was getting bitten on a regular basis, indicating the total lack of process and procedures in the facility. The last week we were there, twice he came home with injuries and there was not injury report indicating the complete lack of supervision.

The facility is clean and fresh-smelling; MOST of the staff are very friendly and helpful (some are a bit on the young side so I question their qualifications / experience). Sunshine House is one of the most affordable day care centers around, and we've had a good experience with them.

Our kids have been going there for quite a while now and are very pleased. We did research other schools and spoke to numerous people. The teachers are great. We only use the Pre-K program and found that the teachers are very good with the kids. The really care.

We went in to look at the school and found many of the staff were extremely young and inexperienced---from the director down thru several of the teachers we met on the tour. We liked the price and the pre-K teachers were great --but felt it was disorganized and a bit sterile. The Play ground is great with a very private feel to it. However there just did not seem to be the connection to the children that I am looking for. I just would not feel comfortable leaving my child here. A neighbor referred us that had her child at this school 3 years ago ---this just can not be the same school??? What happened??? Does anyone have other suggestions?

Ms.Jen is no longer at this location. They have a new director . Parents say the staff has changed a lot and it is no longer the center Ms. Jen built into the place to go to in Woodstock-

My daughter spent a few weeks of her Summer at The Sunshine House and had nothing but fun the entire time. I always caught her playing with different toys every time I picked her up - and their good toys, not throw-aways like at some other day care centers! They had field trips nearly every day so she really enjoyed the mixing-it-up routine that they have. I found the center to be very clean, quiet as day care centers go, and the personnel there were quite friendly and knowledgable. Overall - great place, just wish I had found them sooner!!!

My son attended Sunshine House's Pre-K program for the 2005-2006 school year, and it was a wonderful experience. His teachers (Ms. Moffett/Mrs. Krynaich) were top notch - I've never seen better. Not only were their classroom behavior mgmt skills way beyond my expectations (and I have high expectations), but the learning experiences they provided my son were priceless. They both were simply wonderful - in every way. The director, Jen, was helpful, attentive, and always available. I recommend this center for Pre-K students without any reservations.

My daughter attended this Summer and had a great time. Ms Jennifer the director had set up lots of fun for the kids in the school as well as great field trips. I would highly recommend this Day care to anyone.
