I have been to supercuts 2-3 times.There is a set procedure followed by each staff to extract money from a customer. First staff will ask how is your day going.Then they will ask you r u using any of our products .Next ,depending upon the answer either they will point out shortcoming of your hair or will explain you how this new products will help you as compared to the early one. If nothing works they will ALWAYS ask you do you want EXACT BILLED amount on your receipt or you wanna throw some extra. There is some limit to extract money. Please make your service so good that people should tip you instead you forcing them to throw in extra cash. Regarding staff Nicky wants to talk and get over the service as soon as possible.An African american lady doesn't care at all .All the staff uses different names for the procedure so next time you go u have to explain them all again.
