Everyone needs to contact owens corning and check to see if this Platinum Preferred Contractor got the Owens Corning to issue a "wavier of requirements" for the installation of the shingles, the new drip end, the new step flashing. Spoke to Owens Corning Technical Roofing Specialist 'Mel' and he explained that Owens Corning does waive warranty requirements if the Roofing Contractor makes a requests. He went on to say this is intended to be transparent to the homeowner, i.e., not supposed to find out. Which means you need to contact Owens Corning Headquarters to see what your warranty really covers, before you have an issue.

This company provided a roof for my father, who is an elderly man, and it has been leaking ever since in his kitchen. It has basically ruined his ceiling. He has been calling this ocmpany since May 20,2013 and they always tell him they will be there but never show up. The one time they did they told him to call a plummer!!! They were once again suppose to show on 8/3 and did not. When called 8/5 they said they did not have any shingles on 8/3. AND THEY ARE A ROOFING COMPANY? Get Real!! Once they get paid and rush the roof on they do not care about their customer's and do not provide customer service or warranty the work as they claim. This company is a scam and a joke. And they are taking advantage of an senior citizen as well. I have told everyone I know not to use them and will provide this information to every webiste possible, facebook, twitter and to the BBB.

First, the yard and deck were littered with dozens of nails when they finished installation. They put the gutter guard on the wrong side of the house. Came back and fixed it, only to not have enough. Came back and added more. And now, a year later, we realize how ineffective the gutter guard is! This product is substandard and they have terrible customer service. They resolved my problem with their ineffective gutter guard with, "there is nothing wrong with the installation." The end. Do yourself a favor, find a different product! If this is the best the offer, its worthless.

Superior Exterior did a wonderful job on replacing my roof! The salesman was very knowledgable and he helped us with our insurance paperwork which made the process very easy for us. Roof looks great! Would recommend to anyone!! We will be replacing our siding soon and I know who we will call!!! SUPERIOR EXTERIOR!

These guys are the best! They did what they said they would do and my roof looks great!!! They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards! They helped me communicate with the insurance company and I had no problems getting everything done!!! Thanks Guys! I will recommend you to my friends!!!!!!!

New salesman that didn't understand how insurance worked. When I tried to get him to explain to me how I ended up $800 more out of pocket than expected, he didn't know but said he'd figure it out and get back to me. Of course, he never did get back to me and won't return calls. This is the first time I've EVER felt strongly enough that my concerns were not being addressed by a company that I've felt the need to post this sorry review on the internet. If they would just TRY to communicate, it would go a long way.

It has been over a year since these folks came out and redid my roof. Since then we have had leaks that we have made continuous calls to try and get repaired. Our neighbor has also had problems. They will not answer the phone, will not respond to call back requests. They have completely ignored us. We did get them to come out once or twice and nothing was done. Now we are getting damage to our ceiling and the sheetrock on the wall is beginning to melt. I am a disabled veteran but unfortunatly now I have to climb into the attic to try and determine how bad the damage is to the insulation and ceiling. It is a shame that we can't even get them to return a call. No matter how buisy a company is they should at LEAST respond to repeated calls. For your own sake, do not use these people. I intend to report them to the state next.

Our roof was replaced due to old age. The crew showed up, the boss and foreman came out. Almost immediately after the boss left, the foreman left. So I stayed up on the roof with the workers myself. The next day it rained, and the ceiling started leaking. Water soaked through the sheet rock and into a ceiling fan. They came back out, "fixed" the leak and the sheet rock. But sure enough, it rained again and the exact same thing happened. Now no one will answer the phone or call me back. We went with Superior because of the great reviews, but as far as we can tell, this is a pretty shady company with little to no ethical standards. Go elsewhere for your roofing jobs.

This company delivers in quality in materials and installation. Seen neighbors get burned dealing with other company's to save a few bucks and regretted the out come.Cool thing is the neighbors use my roof to compare theirs with. Awesome job Superior Exterior!

Being a widowed senior citizen, I am leary of salesmen. This company is trustworthy! They gave my estimate the same week I called. The salesman was respectful and helpful. Such a nice young man! He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. My roof is gorgeous! The installation only took one day and they cleaned it all up. I couldn't tell they had been here, except that my house looks better and doesn't leak! Cudos to Superior Exteriors!!

Responds quickly. Salesman was on time and professional, best pricing around. One day installation, cleaned up all materials and trash. Very satisfied with whole job from beginning to end. Beautiful roof. Will call them in the future for windows and siding.

Superior Exterior did a roof replacement for me and I was very pleased. They did everything they said they would do and it all happened in a timely fashion. If you need a roof use Superior Ext,and you won't go wrong.

Roofing job. Work was ok, took only 1 day to complete job, which makes me wonder how it will last. Was promised promotional $400 gas card and never received. After numerous calls to company they refuse to pay since my payment was not prompt??? Billed on 10/18 paid on 11/10. No stipulations on payment time frame. Company was paid in a timely fashion and now is rude and refuses to honor offer. Fine until there is a problem. Then rude and will not communicate. I Do NOT recommend this company.

Here at Superior Exterior we take pride in our work, ethics, and name. Therefore, I would like to explain the concept of our October promotion. The promotion was created to reward any customer who had the ability to pay in full for their roof replacement upon completion. If a customer elected to do so they would receive one of several gifts (We do work with customers who need more flexible payment options). It is unfortunate this customer did not meet the criteria to take advantage of this promotion. In this particular case not only was payment made on 11/18, weeks after installation, we had to call multiple times to receive payment at all.
