Paid over $500 to get my HVAC unit fixed. 3 wks later unit not working again. Called superior back out and was made to wait 4 days in August for them to come back out. They then charged me another service call for something they should've found at the original service call. A part does not go bad in 3 wks. In addition to that they waited almost 3 wks to charge my debit card for the original service call. I should've known they weren't a reputable company. They are the ones who installed the hvac units in my subdivision which are about 3 to 10 yrs old and at least 80% of them of the homes have had problems with their units. Either they do horrible work or they use garbage parts!!

I am very happy with the services we received from Superior Indoor Comfort. Superior Indoor Comfort is a great company to work with, they staff is great and I highly recommend Superior Indoor Comfort.
