I had my car towed to Supreme recently to have a starter motor replaced, front rotors replaced, and to diagnose why my car wouldn't start. The mechanic said my car needed a clutch switch and he could bypass it to start the car until the part was ordered. My husband drove the car home and the very next morning, he tried to start the car and it would not crank. I called and asked to speak with the mechanic the next business day (Monday) but was told he was not in but will be in the same day. I called back the same day and was told he wouldn't be in until the next day. I called the very next day (Tuesday) and was told the same thing...he would not be in until the next day. On day three of trying to reach the mechanic, I simply had my driver take me to the location. I am visually impaired and needed the work done on my car so I could sell it. Well, he was there on Wednesday and he stood by his work. He said the bypass he performed probably just came loose. He told me to get the part and have the car towed back to him so he could fix it. I am on disability and paid $195 for my car to start as he claimed it would with a bypass and it simply doesn't. The bypass work was shabby to say the least if it was secured to last less than 24 hours!! Now, I am back to trying to find another shop who will treat me fairly and will not dodge my calls. Do not take your car to Supreme.
